Since my partner is a software engineer, I have been keeping up with the hottest technologies. The tools I use on a daily basis so far are the excellent translator DeepL and the writing assistant Grammarly. This a new tool that I'm really excited about and must share ChatGPT from OpenAI!
Because I love talking to others and asking questions, I usually ask Google to get an answer to the endless questions in my head. I have to open at least three websites for each question to get a general idea. With ChatGPT from OpenAI, the answer is generated for me all at once, from a general question (e.g. what are HR metrics?) to specific tips (e.g. how to improve time-to-fill).
However, for me, this tool is like talking to someone who is an expert in the field and gives good suggestions. Therefore, I still have to overcome the challenge I am facing. For example, my company is currently struggling to fill a vacancy, and my conversation with this AI gave me suggestions to propose to the management of the customized employee referral program and gives me the idea to contact the university to post our job ad in their university.
